The FARRPRENE range covers 49 thermoplastic elastomer compounds spanning 15 to 90 Shore A and 40 to 52 Shore D, in injection and extrusion grades and in unfilled (translucent) or filled (natural) variants. The table below lists every published property for every grade: hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, melt flow index at both test conditions, specific gravity, appearance and stabilisation. All grades are manufactured by Farr Polychem in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, and can be colour-matched to a customer reference.
Two durometer scales. Shore A and Shore D are different scales and are not directly comparable - a compound at 40 Shore D is harder than one at 90 Shore A. The grades below are therefore listed as Shore A first, then Shore D, each ordered by its own reading, rather than merged into a single ranking.SHORE A: 46 GRADESSHORE D: 3 GRADES
