OVERVIEW
Farrprene EF457A is a soft, highly flexible compound for seals, grips and tactile overmoulds. Supplied as a natural filled grade optimised for extrusion, it pairs the soft-touch feel of rubber with the clean, fast processing of a thermoplastic - no curing, fully re-meltable scrap.
The grade delivers a tensile strength of 6.5 MPa, elongation at break of >800%, and a specific gravity of 1.19. A balanced melt flow (MFI 7.6 g/10 min at 190°C) suits a wide processing window. UV Stabilized · Heat Stabilized · Silky Touch.
