OVERVIEW
Farrprene EF657A is a versatile medium-hardness compound for general-purpose flexible parts and two-shot overmoulding. Supplied as a natural filled grade optimised for extrusion, it pairs the soft-touch feel of rubber with the clean, fast processing of a thermoplastic - no curing, fully re-meltable scrap.
The grade delivers a tensile strength of 7.5 MPa, elongation at break of >800%, and a specific gravity of 1.05. Its low melt flow (MFI 0.51 g/10 min at 190°C) provides the melt strength needed for stable profile and sheet extrusion. UV Stabilized · Heat Stabilized · Silky Touch.
