OVERVIEW
Farrprene EU400A is a soft, highly flexible compound for seals, grips and tactile overmoulds. Supplied as a translucent unfilled grade optimised for extrusion, it pairs the soft-touch feel of rubber with the clean, fast processing of a thermoplastic - no curing, fully re-meltable scrap.
The grade delivers a tensile strength of 5.5 MPa, elongation at break of >800%, and a specific gravity of 0.88. Its low melt flow (MFI 0.72 g/10 min at 190°C) provides the melt strength needed for stable profile and sheet extrusion. Heat Stabilized · Silky Touch.
