Soft thermoplastic elastomer grades between 15 and 40 Shore A compress easily under low load and feel gel-like to soft-rubbery in the hand. They are used for cushioning pads, compression gaskets, soft-touch overmoulds and flexible closures. FARRPRENE covers this band with both injection and extrusion compounds.
