OVERVIEW
Farrprene EF930A is a near-rigid compound that retains residual flexibility and impact resistance. Supplied as a natural filled grade optimised for extrusion, it pairs the soft-touch feel of rubber with the clean, fast processing of a thermoplastic - no curing, fully re-meltable scrap.
The grade delivers a tensile strength of 12 MPa, elongation at break of >850%, and a specific gravity of 1.22. A balanced melt flow (MFI 3.8 g/10 min at 190°C) suits a wide processing window. UV Stabilized · Heat Stabilized · Silky Touch.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
- Near-rigid components needing impact resistance
- Cable connectors and electrical grommets
- Industrial seals and stiff flexible parts
- Automotive interior trim, NVH and sealing components
- Household goods, handles and seals
PROCESSING
- Suited to profile, sheet and tube extrusion lines with conventional single-screw setups.
- Filled formulation tuned for cost-efficiency and dimensional stability.
- Colour-matchable and re-processable - production scrap can be re-melted and reused.
